"Tlaloc" is a piece inspired by the Aztec God of Rain and Harvest. Using Aztec symbolism, the piece represents the narrative of the God of Rain creating life. The God creates life that comes from his tears feeding the universe through different kinds of life forms like the water in the earth and the food that we consume. The creation of water in the earth is represented by the Aztec symbols of natural pits. The symbol of corn is the sacred food of the gods, gifted to the Aztecs that are created by the God of Rain. The piece also is created as the form of pyramid to represent the Aztec architecture to the gods.
